If a rental desk, border officer, or police officer refuses to accept your GlobePass IDP, send us a photo or written refusal and we will refund 100% of your order. No questions, no proof of attempt, no quibbling. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Print + Digital orders placed before 2pm UAE time ship same day. If your physical permit hasn't reached you within the promised delivery window, we will overnight a replacement at our cost and refund the original shipping fee.

Our guarantees apply to all orders shipped to addresses outside countries where the IDP is not legally valid (we list these on each country page). They start the day your digital permit is issued and remain in effect for the full validity window of your plan.
Refunds are made in full, including original shipping. Replacements include free shipping. We do not require you to prove the rental company's refusal was "valid" — only that the refusal occurred.
We retain the right to deny a claim only in cases of fraud — for example, claiming a refusal for a country in which the customer has never traveled (we can verify this via the shipping address and entry stamps on file). Read the full terms in our Terms and Conditions.
